Cooking courses: Schools, companies and in private

I have been offering courses in Peruvian cuisine for more than 6 years now. In my cooking courses I show you how to cook various typical dishes, which you can easily cook later by yourself.
My cooking classes cover much more than just "secrets" of Peruvian cuisine. I'll tell you a lot about the background of the dishes and bring you closer to the wonderful culture of my country.
For me it is important that we cook together with a lot of fun and spend exciting hours together. Just like we do in Peru!

A Peruvian cooking evening with me is more than a culinary journey through the country of Peru!

Did you know that Peru is the country of origin of the potato and that there are over 3.000 varieties? The potato is an important basic element of the Peruvian cuisine. In addition to traditional local specialties, you will also find a variety of recipes and foods inspired by Spanish, Japanese, Italian or Chinese cuisine.

How does the course work?

In my courses I will tell you a lot about my country and introduce you to the different foods that grow the three climatic regions. Afterwards we will prepare together some typical dishes from the coastal region, the mountains and/or the jungle. During the course you also will enjoy our well-known cocktail "Pisco Sour" in a relaxed atmosphere.
All the ingredients I use for my dishes can easily be found in the supermarket. The recipes are uncomplicated and also suitable for everyday use in the kitchen.

Cooking courses in the VHS schools

For several years I have been offering cooking courses in community schools (VHS) as well as in the Family House in Sindelfingen and the Family Educational Center in Tübingen. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 12 people. I will choose some good tasty and simple to prepare menus for you.

Cooking events for companies

I offer also cooking courses for companies. These can be a single event, such as a Christmas party, but also special events as team building measures or a nice event to motivate the employees, so colleagues can get to know each other better and spend a nice evening together. The cooking courses can also be used as an incentive for customers to develop customer relationships.
In these courses the groups can be of a maximum of 15 people. The menu can be chosen by you, if you like or I can support you to put some meals together, considering and taking special requests (e.g. allergies or vegetarian) into account. The cooking courses last about four hours, including the tasting of the prepared delicacies. The venue will be agreed individually. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have further questions.

Private Cooking Classes

Private cooking classes can be arranged for special events, like birthday parties, anniversaries, Christmas parties or just for fun. I offer these classes for 6 to a maximum of 12 people. The menu is selected together and adapted to the occasion. The offer can be flexibly expanded depending on the event.
Of course, the courses can be offered during the day and in the evening, during the week or at the weekend.
